WHO IS THIS FOR:
This package has been designed for Health & Fitness professionals who already run their business with an online booking system and are at the stage where they need a website to bring it all together for their current and future clients.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
I will design your website in Squarespace 7.1. It’s an easy-to-use website platform that integrates well with the most commonly used wellness booking systems.
I will show you how to maintain and update your website once it’s live. This will allow you to make most changes yourself but rest assured you can always reach out to me for assistance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE:
Your website will be ready in 2.5 weeks. I recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to prepare your website content (images & text).

Also, note that the following costs are not included in my fees and will need to be purchased by you. I will guide you in setting these up.
Domain name registration: in most cases, this would be less than $20/year unless you’re after a very sought-after name.
Email hosting: Completely optional. You can easily purchase your custom email address as you set your domain for a monthly fee of around $20/mth.
Website hosting plan with Squarespace: I will help you select the most suitable plan at the end of our project. Most of my clients need the Business plan which costs around $300/year. You do get a 20% discount on your first year as a client of mine.
Online booking system: With this package, you will still need to pay for your annual booking system subscription.
Any copywriting / photography needed for the site: if you decide to outsource this work. I would recommend at least to have one professional photoshoot if you don’t already have high-quality photos available.
POWERHOUSE WEBSITE PACKAGE
All-in-one custom Wix website + in-built booking system set up
INVESTMENT: $2,805
WHO IS THIS FOR:
This package has been thought for those who either don’t have an online booking system, are not happy with their system and/or want to manage their business from one place(including your website, client bookings, CRM, business reporting and email communications).
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
I will design your website in Wix, leveraging their in-built service booking and event booking system (+ paid video channels, pricing plans, email marketing solutions, etc. when needed).
I will show you how to maintain and update your website and class schedule once live. You’ll be able to manage it all by yourself but rest assured you can always reach out to me for assistance.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE:
Your website will be ready in 3.5 weeks. I recommend booking up to 3 weeks in advance to prepare your website content (images and text).

This work includes up to two additional pages which can be useful when you have a very wide range of different services or need a landing page to promote your services via digital marketing.

HOURLY RATE: AU$74
When it gets a bit too much to manage or update your website by yourself or when you other priorities in your business, I can save you some time by jumping into your Wix or Squarespace site to get that page fixed for you, adding this new widget or set up that page for a new project.
All hourly work will be quoted first so there’s no nasty surprises at the end of the project.
This can cover work such as creating a new page, adding an event booking functionality, connecting a new online class booking platform, and any other small jobs you’re stuck with.
It can even be an hour or two together on a video call where I show you how to do things on your website if that’s what you need or having me do the changes for you on your site.

Well, no. Not really. You can totally do whatever you want.
By investing in a designer like myself, you’ll end up with a beautiful, functional website in a much quicker and smoother turnaround. It’ll save you the stress and headache off piecing together information from a million google searches.
It all depends on your priorities and your budget, so this is a personal decision.

I mainly design on Wix and Squarespace. Most of my clients are not big tech lovers and both these platforms are easy to use for all small business owners.
Both offer a beautiful, functional, and streamlined website solution that allows you to easily maintain your site once I make it live. (Don’t worry I'll show you how!)
Depending on the package you selected and your business needs, I will help you select the right platform for you between the two during our free consultation call.

My recommendation is to have your website on Squarespace or Wix - so if you wanna switch, it’s all part of the process!
Otherwise, I’d recommend you find an expert for the platform you’re on (and make sure maintenance/support is included to a certain degree as it can be more complex to make changes).

With my Core and Powerhouse package, I offer logo design as an optional add-on.
If you would like a simple logo that sits within your branding and website, then yes, I’ve got you covered!
If you’re looking for a fancy logo with hand-drawn elements etc, I’m not your girl! In that case, our work together will give you a clear brand identity and website design guidelines which you can share with your logo designer if you want the full and fancy works.

Once you book your website design project with me, I will send you a welcome package that includes a step by step guide of what you’ll need to provide for us to be successful in the design process.
We will have a few coaching sessions during that pre-design phase to help you write your website’s content and source the most relevant photos.
Make sure to keep some time available before and during the design period!

My package payment schedule is split in three equal parts.
The first payment allows you to book your project in my design calendar and is a non-refundable deposit.
The 2nd payment is due before our project start date.
Your final payment will be due on the last day of our design period, just before we launch your site.
It’s an easy online payment process via PayPal or Credit Card.

In order to have your own website with your own domain name, you will incur the following costs:
Domain name registration: in most cases, this would be less than $20/year unless you’re after a very sought-after name.
Website hosting plan: I will help you select the most suitable platform and plan based on your package and needs. It will cost from AU$300/year up to $1,000/year.
With the Core package, you’ll also need to pay for your online booking system such as MindBody, PunchPass and the likes. With the Powerhouse package, this will be part of your website hosting costs.
These additional costs are not included in my fees and will need to be purchased by you. I can guide you in setting these up.

Yes, you’re not going to be left in the lurch! You’ll have a few options for support.
The first option is the amazing 24/7 SquareSpace support team. Included in your Squarespace plan is unlimited access to the support team via both live chat and email which can be a super quick way to get questions answered.
The other option is for you to email me with your question or request. I offer support free of charge for past clients if I can help without logging into your site. If the issue is a bit bigger and requires me to login to your site to make some changes, I have an hourly rate at which I can assist you.
